Once you have chosen a design you love, it is a really good idea to order a sample so that you can see the item and check you are 100% happy with the look and finish of the design. For more information on ordering samples please click here. |

When you are satisfied you would like to go ahead and place your order you will need to complete our order form detailing all the items and quantities you require, including preferences on colours, fonts and wording. For more help with any of these please click here. (You do not have to inform us of all your information at this stage, so please don’t panic if you don’t have all the details just yet.) You can download our order form on the right hand side of the page. This needs to be completed and returned to us along with a 50% deposit (non-refundable) for your order. You can send us a cheque with your order form, or if you would like to pay directly into the bank or make a payment by credit or debit card just let us know and we will tell you how to go about this. Unfortunatley we cannot currently take card payments over the phone. Finally, please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions before ordering, a copy of which can be found here. |

Once we receive your order form and deposit, we start work on your stationery. Bear in mind that it can take approx. 6 - 8 weeks from ordering until you receive your finished items. We advise you to place your order well in advance of when you would like to send your invitations out. We will contact you at this time to get the information for your more urgent items, such as Save the Date cards, Invitations and any information cards you may be ordering. Details for ‘on the day’ items such as the Order of Service, Menu’s and Table Plans can also be sent now, or can be supplied and completed at a later date if you aren’t ready or don’t have all the infomation yet. Just simply let us know what you would like to do. |

We will send you e-mail proofs of your items to check over thoroughly. If you are happy with these we then get printed versions made up and send these to you for your final confirmation. |

When you are happy and 100% sure all details are correct with your proof we ask you to sign a proof form to confirm this and return along with your 50% outstanding balance payment. As soon as we have this in hand we get printing! |
