Ordering personalised stationery:

Step One: Select your design

Simply browse our collections and select your favourite design. You may wish to order a sample before you place your order so you can see physical samples of our designs. To do this visit our Samples section. Once you have decided on your design and wish to place an order then download our order form below or contact us and we will post you a form (if you have ordered a sample pack you will have had an order form in this)...

Step Two: Fill out the order form

1. Once you have completed the personal information section you will need to fill out your items and quantities, along with prices. Should you want us to work this out for you in advance please just contact us with your items/styles and quantities and we will send you a personalised quote.

2. With invitations and order of service booklets you will need to decide and indicate on the form which style you would like to have. Details of the styles available along with price differences are shown on our item styles page.

3. You will also need to select your wording and indicate you preference. For wording examples please see here. Indicate your invitation wording preference e.g Example One

4. Select and indicate your chosen font. For the options please see here.

5. Simply fill out your personalisation details as requested on the form.

6. Select and indicate your colour choice from the options for your chosen design.

Step Three: Send us your form and deposit

Return your form along with your 50% deposit. Payment can be made be cheque or directly to the bank. Please make all cheques payable to Sirocco Design. Post your form to us at Sirocco Design, 6 Newbury Place, Warsash, Southampton, SO31 9TH. Or alternativley you can e-mail your completed form to us at: orders@siroccoweddingstationery.co.uk

Once we have received your order...

1. We will be in touch to confirm your order and 50% deposit payment has been received.

2. Next we will start work on your before the day items - e.g Save the date cards, invitation(s), Information cards and RSVP's right away, and will send you your e-proofs within 7 working day (this may be slightly longer if we need to request infoamtion from you be e-mail for some items). Please note if you have requested printed proofs also these will take a little longer.

3. Once your proofs have been approved we will print your before the day items! This will take up to 14 working days.

4. A little over 3 weeks after ordering you will have your beautiful wedding stationery delivered to your doorstep!

Please note: If you have ordered 'on the day' items which include the following: Order of service booklets, Table names, Menu's, Place cards, Table Plans and also thank you cards we will be in touch by e-mail to request the relevant infomation from you at the time of ordering. If you don't have this information available to give at this time, don't worry - we can agree a timescale that suits you, but it must be no later than 6 weeks before your wedding day.
